The Customer may purchase the Products by selecting them inthe electronic catalogue of Vanity Italy andfollowing thepurchase instructions provided by the Site. By sending theorder, the Customer accepts theseGeneral Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Vanity Italy will confirm the acceptance of the order by an emailsent to the address provided by the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 4. Prices and Payment Methods<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The prices of the Products are clearly indicated on the Site andinclude all applicable taxes and duties. Anyshipping costs shallbe communicated prior to the conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vanity Italy undertakes to deliver the Products to the addressprovided by the Customer within the timesindicated on theWebsite and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of orderconfirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Any delays not attributable to Vanity Italy (force majeure, transport problems) do not entitle the Customer toclaimdamages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 6. Right of Withdrawal<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchasewithout penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14days of receipt of the Products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must informVanity Italy by means of an explicit declaration, by e-mail orPEC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 7. Defects of Conformity<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the event of receipt of defective or non-conformingProducts, the Customer is entitled to have theProductrepaired or replaced at no additional cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To exercise the right to replacement, the Customer mustcontact Vanity Italy by means of an explicitdeclaration, by e-mail or PEC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 8. Complaints<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Any complaint must be addressed to Vanity Italy using thefollowing contacts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions beheld invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shallnot affect thevalidity of the other provisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These General Terms and Conditions constitute the entireagreement between Vanity Italy and the Customerwithrespect to the subject matter of the Contract and supersedeany prior understanding or agreement, writtenor oral, whichmay have preceded it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
